        I understand the NHS is under strain but I was 7th in the queue and it took 4 HOURS on hold to get through to somebody. 7 calls in 4 hours is genuinely appalling. Very disappointing.

        If you can actually get through to a GP (you need to call at 8am sharp, and even then they usually dont answer), theyre pretty good. Theyre polite and take all of your concerns seriously. Id recommend them if they fix their appointments system.
