If i could give less than 1 star i would. awful reception staff who make up rules as they go. one will tell me i cant pre-book appointments the next day a different staff will tell me i can. if the staff cant be bothered to talk to me they just say I've rang at the wrong time and i need to call back again tomorrow. i rang up last week at 8am and, when i eventually got through to talk to someone, got told there are no appointments and i have to wait 8 days before trying again. it is now that 8th day and so far i have rang a total of 118 times and the line just keeps saying user busy or the staff will hang up the call. don't even get me started on some of the doctors. if i were you i would avoid this practice like the plague its not worth your sanity. Update: after 3 weeks wait, today after 1 hour trying to ring, 155 phone calls and 21 minutes on hold i have managed to get an appointment for 4 weeks time and its a telephone appointment. what a joke.

Get told to ring at 8am but you don't actually get through till 9am as they cut you off then get told there's no appointments and to ring back. Very rude and abrupt. You can't even get a phone consultation to discuss results and no pre bookable appointments. Absolutely disgusting . Time to change doctors

The worst and most rude receptionists ever spawned that couldn't hate their life any further, waited 7 minutes in a queue when I was first in line (25 mins in total), only to be greeted in the rudest manner 'well we have no appointments, bye'. Not to mention doctors who consistently mis diagnose issues and couldn't care less. All these people are here just for a fat paycheck nothing more. I surely hope the NHS goes bust as my taxes and nation insurance are going to waste on these clowns.

I have a medical condition that requires a doctor to provide a fitness to drive form to the DVLA. I was given an appointment last March (2022) to see my gp while this form was completed (although it says on the forms that the patient doesnt need to be present - the information should all be on file). It is now January 2023 and the DVLA still havent received the form back. The doctors surgery insist it has been sent, the DVLA insist they havent received it (they electronically log any incoming post). Ive been in touch with the GP surgery numerous times asking them to send another copy to the DVLA and on Friday, 6th January 2023 hopefully this has been done (although I had to supply the surgery with the dedicated email address for medical practitioners to send such reports to the DVLA). My driving licence has expired and my car insurance is invalid until the driving licence has been renewed, meaning I have been unable to visit my mother, for whom I am a carer, and if my car is damaged or taken from my driveway I arent covered by insurance. I just cant understand what the delay has been - 10 months!!!! Update: 13/2/23 Surgery informed me they have posted the form to DVLA.
