Wouldn't recommend this place. If I could give 0 stars I would do it within a heartbeat. The low IQ dogs behind the counter need to be put down. If you want to be barked at by a receptionist who thinks they're Elon Musk, then I would HIGHLY recommend this place.

I've been with this practice since 1985 (Birth) And I'd like to say it is a terrible excuse of a joke, no matter how early you phone for an appointment you will be around 40th in the queue and not be able to get one or even in my case for the doctor to ring you back to discuss your results after being told to make an appointment. Receptionist are the worst for customer service. Made complaints and been run around the block multiple times with them even denied the rights to making a complaint because of it. Then to top it off after being told my medical records would be made available within 3 weeks. Still not got them after my deadline for what I needed them for and this is 4 weeks later. *Do not use this surgery you will thank me later*

Brilliant doctors, I've been with this practice since birth 1984 as have my family and I honestly can't believe fault them understandably due to the aftermath of Covid restrictions etc where still sadly dealing with the pain of fewer appointments however the online consultation has been a life saver, ty for all you do to the staff here you're truly appreciated always

Been going to this place for over 15 years and honestly until recently, they were amazing. But theyve gotten some new receptionists that are horrid. Doctors are amazing (if youre lucky enough to get an appointment) but the receptionists are wayyy out of their depth. They think that they are the doctors themselves. The receptionists are in desperate need for a reality check. No one is forcing you to do your job, just leave if you clearly dislike it. Manners dont cost you anything. Do not recommend this practise at all. They will be fully book for the day when youre only 14th in the queue. And yet times they can be 50 or 60 people waiting for up to an hour just for some **** of a receptionist to be patronising to you. Youre not a doctor starshine. Humble yourself you miserable *****.
