Excellent surgery, reception staff always very helpful even when under pressure can usually get a telephone or face to face appointment easily enough just be sure to ring early and be patient! All reviews are followed up in a timely manner and cannot fault anyone from reception to nurses or doctors. Give them a break, we can't have a dedicated phone line each! 10 out of 10 across the board!!!!!!!!

Amazing and helpful staff, receptionists were all amazing! Need to give them a break, its not their fault its the government with all of the cuts since they are too busy lining their own pockets! Amazing patient centred approach! Cant fault

Broke my ribs almost 4 weeks ago, had to use e consult to request a sick note which was completed incorrectly, as apparently my phonecall request couldnt be actioned, after over a 20 mins wait. Sick note had to be returned and redone, which resulted in a delay and cost me in lost earnings. A week later i requested another weeks sicknote, but received one for a month, as im now ready to go back to work i informed my employer and had my back to work meeting, to then be told as ive sustained an actually injury, they would need me to be signed fit to work which is understandable. Unfortunately after an almost 2 hour wait i was told the practise dont do such a thing so im now being forced to stay on sick, at a huge financial loss to myself. The doctor also said to speak to my occupational therapist at work, which to me is passing the book. They made the error and should fix it. Im at my wits end going round in circles. All i want to do is go back to work to provide for my kids. This place used to be a great little surgery, ive been here 23 years this year, but now, i think its time to rethink things. I cant afford the financial hit because a doctor didnt follow simple instructions and wont rectify them. Oh wait!! They can sign me fit to work, but i have to pay!! Red tape and beauracy wins over peoples genuine illnesses or wanting to get back to work. Its all so frustrating
