I'm going to be so sad when this middlesbrough store closes. TK Maxx and Wilkinsons are the only reasons left for going downtown. I have disabilities and really appreciated having a Maxx in the town center, close to public transport. I'm really unhappy they're planning on closing this shop, I can't get to the others. Was the best place to find quality but reasonably priced homeware and clothes. My favorite things to buy were their plant pots and art supplies. The majority of staff I met over the years here were polite and friendly. Middlesbrough is about to get a bit bleaker. I wish it would stay. I don't buy online as TK Maxx are infamous for wrapping fragile items badly and the postage is costly. But, I can't give them my money anymore if they would rather have stores in locations where you need a car to reach them!
