Trapesed here twice now to be greeted by a rude lady. The first time I was returning an item which did not work. TV Ariel. She said I could not have a refund. I was advised to purchase a booster. So I purchased a booster. It made no difference. I tried to return the booster in the original packaging. And I was denied a refund again. The same lady even said that I never spoke to her the week before. Absolute joke. I have visited another Argos and they were absolutely fine. Allowed me to return both items. The woman in here is on an absolute power trip and seriously needs to give her head a wobble.

I have a query on my orders. I wanted to order 3 items from you however I am going around in circles trying to speak with somebody. I have exhausted all ways of trying to get in touch with a live member of staff. I don't know how you get your review 'friendly syaff' as I can't get to speak to anyone human
