I had a tooth extracted and in less than two days, I healed fully. Dr. Shouri attended to me and his dedication, professionalism and attention to detail is highly commendable. I'll recommend anytime!

To start with, what is with your receptionists and their attitude towards patients? Youd think theyre the ones with the dental degree with the snotty advice they try to give, which theyre unqualified to do in the first place. Theyre loud, disruptive and make no attempt to keep their conversation quiet and respectful. The dentist I had was fine, but in a prior consultation told me that theyd provide me with white fillings. On the day though, without warning, they gave me grey amalgam fillings! On my premolars, meaning they now give a grey shift when I smile! As soon as they were done, I of course asked what happened to the tooth-coloured ones I was expecting, only to be met with thats a private treatment - for your three teeth to be filled with a white composite it will be 700. What an absolute joke for both a waste of my time and the integrity of my teeth, which will now have to be drilled in to again to remove the amalgam filling and be replaced with natural coloured composite. This was done in Summer 2021 and I havent been to Normanby Dental since.

Attended this morning 14/11/22 via 111 service, Absolutely fantastic service, I was put at ease straight away. The dentist was absolutely fantastic as were his two dental nurses all very professional. Thank you so very much. I live in Hartlepool and have never had such service ever. Well done to you all a very satisfied and hopefully pain free pt.

Attended last week for treatment & again today (Mon 14th Nov), I had repeatedly put of coming, I was petrified but I cannot thank Mr Shouri enough, so reassuring, gentle, thorough, I really can't believe the difference in my teeth & conquered my real fear... Thank you so very much, I buzzing lol

Terrible service by abbigail, she killed a perfectly healthy tooth resulting in my being in hospital Im not left with a big gap and sue manager not helpful. Looks like Im going down the solicitors root. As they are refusing to pay for a replacement!! AVOID this dentist
