The great regret of using Cleveland Orthodontics. I had a private treatment for upper teeth straightening only. The orthodontist started treatment then went into maternity for a year, she saw me 3 or 4 times in 1year. In between, I have been checked by her team who arent professional orthodontist. She decided to remove the braces which I believed it was too early, however, I trusted her decision. A month later, I went back to them not happy with the results as my teeth still needed more time to be fully straight yet get an ideal result. They refused to admit that my teeth arent straight which was very noticeable and refused to do anything. I regret wasting my money every single day when looking at my teeth.

My son (now age 14) began his treatment in July 2019 and has just had his braces removed. To say we are over the moon with the result is an understatement, he literally cannot stop smiling! We always found the staff very helpful and professional and the lovely Receptionist that made this last appointment fit with us so he can have them removed before the new term starts was a gem. Thank you Cleveland Orthodontics!

I decided to go back to Cleveland Orthodontics after stupidly having my braces taken off as a 12 year old child. I am now 34 and had to pay privately to have my teeth straightened. Originally I was due to have the braces in situ for approx 12-18 months, however towards the end it took a lot of little tweaks here and there to get my teeth perfectly straight and aligned, I ended up having them on for 22 months. I had the gold plan which meant the first 6 teeth at the front had white ceramic brackets, If I could go back I would of just went with the basic plan and the full silver braces; the white stain very easily! The staff were brilliant and very friendly and professional at each visit. There were a few times that I struggled to pay the monthly fee which was 175 per month for 14 months, the staff were great when I explained the situation to them and they worked out an affordable repayment plan for me which meant it took me a little longer to pay off the balance but was a lifeline none the less. It is the best money I have ever spent. I now have confidence! Anyone thinking of going here, DO IT!
