The dentist who saw me was awful. On arrival she was informed that i am a nervous patient, then proceeded to call me a liar. They then took me off their books as i complained so now im left without a dentist and only half the job done. Also cancelled my partners appointment without telling him, leaving him with only stage 1 of a root canal done, then when he rang to make a new appointment they informed him that he had been removed from their books due to missing an appointment and he will have to find another dentist. Awful experience!

One receptionist is very rude over the phone. My original appointment was cancelled by them ,I got an emergency appointment that I missed due anxity and she said "you've had your chance your not getting another appointment" I'm now left in agony

Rude receptionist, got taken off the register due to covid and refused to re add me. I guess it would hurt to have some manners. Ironic that the wait in the queue for a call tells us to respect their staff. Dont waste your time. Complete joke.

They would speak to you through the letter box without opening the main door; you would have to lower your head and speak to them THROUGH THE LETTER BOX to explain your issue. When I asked the lady to please open the door as I cant hear you, she bluntly said No, although we had an NHS letter. I wonder what it cost her to be polite. Humiliating experience.
