Jack in the Box Day Nursery

Absolutely fabulous place my little boy loved it there and the additional support given by staff with my little boys toilet training was amazing. Would highly recommend this nursery to everyone the staff are lovely. Gutted he started full time school and had to leave.

Went to pick my kids up in Jack in the box day nursery, Saltersgill, Middlesbrough. I went around 4-5mins past my 3hrs. This is a private nursery and times were 12.00 - 3.00 I was given (although orginially 12.30-3.30). I dropped the kids off at 12.05 and went to pick them up but got there 3.10 due to bad traffic. I live about 4miles away. A horrid women in there showed me up in front of everyone. She came out and said you are VERY late but in a very rude manner and her face she gave me. I just left the place because I was fuming and was going to start but would not in front of my kids I know I was late but certainly was not VERY and also if she had something to say she should of pulled me to one side or said in a more professional/friendly manner please try be earlier next time. Anyone listening be thinking I was 30mins or more late the way she went on. Needless to say I wont be taking my kids to that horrid place any longer and advice anyone that wants to take kids to stay clear from this place. If they talk/treat parents like this then I certainly dont want my kids in there. Fuming isnt a strong enough word I could use when it happened.
