        As Parcelforce give no delivery time other than an entire day, it's not always possible to be certain of being in when the driver attempts to deliver. After the first failed attempt, I left a note on my door asking the driver to leave the item in the porch. Instead he left a card saying he couldn't leave the item. I've now arranged another delivery day, on which I will have to remain in to receive the delivery. This is a business which deserves to go bust! Customer "service" at its worst.

        Watched van drive around corner from my house and by the time i had got down stairs akready had a tried to deliver note (didnt even knock)
