Child Social services care staff are appalling emotional abuse families and always use MH against parents which is dam right disrespectful and the staff here do not care for others wellbeing & safety, theres a lot I could say about this council, my rating is nothing that how disappointing the social services are absolutely inadequate useless my word is for them

Having just purchased a property in Middlesbrough I was keen to advise the council of the correspondence address etc for tax etc. What a kerfuffle. Spent a great deal of time (and money) holding on the phone and as I am now overseas I will not be doing that again. No email address for council tax issues ( does anyone pay council tax and if so what is it used for??? certainly not staff or staff training) Eventually sent email to the press officer ( in the hope.....) and had to resort to sending an old fashioned traditional letter from overseas. How they expect peoiple to pay c tax is a mystery as you need to have a tax bill to access the site. Utter rubbish.

Held on the phone for 10 minutes in queue position 1 then they cut me off. When I rang back I was in queue position 6.
