I would strongly advise that you do not use Moda Doors. I was really impressed with the selection of doors and customer service up to when my doors were delivered. I needed two doors. The first two were faulty. Another two were delivered. They were faulty. It was beyond complicated to get them all returned and I am still chasing a refund. No doors, no refund. They have not replied to any of my e mails chasing my refund. I am appalled. Their communication as soon as I needed to return doors became non existent causing stress and frustration. I have now used Howdens. Far superior in every way. Arrived in perfect condition and fitted even before Moda have bothered to respond to any one of my e mails.

Really disappointed by the quality of the XL Joinery doors and the subsequent response from Moda. . Less than 3 weeks after fitting, the majority of our 15 doors started to peel at the top and bottom corners. At 155 per door I expected better! Initially I was offered less than half the total value back (I declined). I was the offered a replacement or refund but when I asked for compensation for the associated costs I.e a joiner to refit replacement doors (at a cost of just under 1000), it got frustrating. Theyd only pay this if I selected XL Joinery doors but when there were none that I liked I had to resort to my credit card company for support. So as it stands Im out of pocket for doors that are less than a month old but are faulty..not the outcome I was looking for! Save yourself a headache and avoid Moda and XL Joinery.

We purchased an external oak stable door and frame from MODA Doors which once fitted we discovered was very poor quality. The frame came disassembled and also not to size, so beware you'll have to size this yourselves. The 44mm door did not fit the 44mm casing as it should leaving the door proud of the frame internally. Not only is this unsightly, it affects the draught exclusion strip and the locking mechanism. A compliant was made immediately however, it took MODA 6 weeks to make an offer which was unsuitable. Since making our complaint we've observed further issues such as, the door swelling despite being sealed causing the frame to crack and poor quality of the door finishing at manufacture leaving skid marks across the finished timber. MODA door products are poor quality and the customer service leaves much to be desired. We're left we a substandard product with no resolution or compensation. Images attached. NOT RECOMMENDED

Shocking company. Ordered a door for 120 in December 2021. Was told the door wasn't available until Feb/March so cancelled the order on 10th Jan 2022. Guy on the phone said refund 'would be issued within the week'. Over 2 weeks later still no sign of a refund, and after several phone calls they just make stuff up like 'the refund was issued on last Friday'. These clowns are like the taxi driver saying they're 'just round the corner' when they haven't even left the depot, and have no intention of leaving the depot. Stay well clear.
