Bargain Booze Plus

The review below here tells me all I want to know. There is no way I will deal with thieves like this lot. I'd rather make my own booze than give my money to a gang of crooks.

Used their ATM to try withdraw 20, the machine states it was processing the request then says cancelling and then the machine goes out of service. I check my bank and the money has been taken from my account and no cash given! I go into the store and explain and they say phone your bank, and theres probably no money in the machine. I phone my bank and they tell me its between me and the store as its not one of my banks ATM machines. Go back the following day and notice the machine is now not on at all and to be told I have to come back when another staff member is here. Go back a third time to be told by that staff member theres nothing they can do, I have to phone my bank as my bank must be wrong. Refused to resolve the issue and was rather rude. I told him it will be on CCTV as it points to the cash machine outside and he wouldnt check and couldnt really care. He says its emptied weekly and and faults are reported and recorded on the machine, I asked him if any faults had been recorded and he said NO, what a load of rubbish as the machine failed and went out of service and then wasnt on the next day!!! Wouldnt recommend the store as the staff are rude, unfriendly and dont care about their customers and they are clearly robbing people!
