I purchased a bifold door with 10 year guarantee. The door mechanisms have failed on numerous occasions. I called Teesside windows requesting a repair and the manager then asked for a 150 upfront fee. Once the fee was paid they did not respond to my calls, be warned do not use this company for any windows or doors!!
