Very poor service. Bought a coffee and within 1 minute accidentally spilled it everywhere. Felt so bad and clean it all immediately. Was never offered a new coffee or the chance to buy again (as I would have). Line was then round the corner and couldnt wait again. Come almost daily as I work in the hospital and staff recognise me. Disappointing and wont come back. Considering it is 4 a coffee and it costs them practically nothing.

I feel this review is needed after having to be in hospital for quite some time, costa rapidly became my little retreat. The guys here have been fantastic showing me kindness and compassion exactly when I needed it Alex, Hayden, Jake are the dream team in my opinion and Natalie has a gorgeous smile I almost forgot Kirsty who give me hope and reassurance just when I needed it

Waste of space. Its either closed or closing early or has poor stock levels Might as well put another bunch in there that'll provide a service.

I have never met a friendlier group of staff. Very jolly and interactive with customers whilst also very efficient in their roles. Whilst waiting i couldn't help but witness how they helped the elderly and parents with children to find seating and bring their purchases to their table. Above and beyond in my eyes. Well done to you all, you know who you are Parking: Expensive but thats the hospital trust
