I had a spill of a very powerful room fragrance liquid when a bottle smashed and it went everywhere in my kitchen. The smell was almost overpowering and over 3 days I tried everything I could to neutralise it without suucess. I spoke to Charlie offered to let me have something to try and it worked! Great customer service, very friendly and helpful. If only more businesses were like this.
