Delivered within the hour food was piping hot on arrival and tasted good. don't know why the bad reviews will definitely order again.

Not impressed. Ordered a gourmet American burger. Waited 15 minutes. When I finally did get it, the burger was greasy, slimy and the cheese not melted. No sauces with the chip or being offered sauces. If your to busy making jokes or flirting with your young female staff, then how can you expect to focus on your customer. I came here once before and it was reasonably okay, but this time lacking organisational skills, or common sense.
