        Hyder is excellent. I really enjoy talking with him about my requirements when it comes to goujons. I have had problems in the past with cooking temps but thanks to Hyder I now cook these on 200 FAN and they are perfect. Top quality service and staff.

        I own a local restaurant and have recently started using Express Food. I have found the staff to be friendly and insightful giving good advice on products and not just trying to sell you any old rubbish. I have found Hyder & Juliet to be especially helpful. The most important thing though is the quality, and you will not find better Chicken at a better price. Same with the cheese. Absolutely fantastic quality and the weights are much more than what you get from competing suppliers. Can't fault them, great team, great products and highly recommended.
