Thankfully they had cars in stock and we were able to drive the exact model we hoped to buy. Colleen and Neil were very helpful and we went on to buy the car and returned a week later to collect it. There was quite an issue trying to use the Renault purchasing system, which needs to be addressed, in the end I just did a straight forward bank transfer. So far it's proving to be another good quality Duster.

The service I received has been nothing but exceptional from start to finish. I was offered refreshments, the opportunity to bring my children and partner along when choosing my vehicle, an in depth discussion about the specifications of the vehicle I wanted, a test drive and a lot of after care. A huge thank you in particular to Jack who made me feel completely comfortable where, in previous cat huyjng situations, I have not.

I have wanted a Renault Clio since 2019 and have been into a few garages between then and now! This time last year I went to Evans Halshaw Middlesbrough in the hopes of buying one, this is when I first met Colleen, a few days after viewing I rang to say I wanted the car and much to my disappointment it had just been sold that morning! Anyways, fast forward a year down the line to last week, I went back in the hopes of finally buying my dream car and Colleen was still there and remembered everything about me and what I was looking for. I have had my brand new clio for a week now and I love it! The aftercare has been amazing and I cannot thank Colleen enough for looking after me throughout what mightve otherwise been a quite a daunting process.
