Fantastic service from start to finish, no issues at all. Purchased my car from here. They were confident in their products and at no point pushy or wanting us to make a quick decision, very respectful and to the point. Quick turn around of vehicle (MOT, service, clean) to meet our needs and looming unavoidable deadlines for us. I would highly recommend using this garage and will absolutely look here again should I need another car.

Not pleased with how I've been treated regarding the purchase I made of a car not so long ago. I've had 5 warning lights come up on the car since purchase 3-4 weeks ago, one to do with needing a service, one to do with low battery voltage (probably needs replacing), one light failure (turned out to be the front left), one red warning to do with the brakes and one red warning asking me to get an engine oil service (last done in Sept 2022). Most worrying is the brakes system being on red alert and I have booked the car in to check what the issue is. A MOT was done through Richard a few days before the car was delivered. Richard directed me to the warranty but even the mechanic said all those issues won't be covered by the warranty most likely. On purchase I asked for the roof bars to be removed and when the car was delivered they still were on there. I discovered at Halfords a key was needed for removal and explained to Richard to which he said to use a locksmith to remove and he will be happy to pay for it....this was on the 21st of Feb and was 50. I sent over my details and have followed up time and time again about this. We also had an interesting conversation not long ago as I was sick of being ignored especially with all the warning lights, and a lacklustre service history(no receipts; originally thought I didn't even have one). Plus, he still hadn't paid for the locksmith. After warning him with the police and DVLA he quickly responded saying he was ill.... I still have not received payment and soon will find out just how 'good' a condition the car was in when he sold it to me. I think I am more annoyed at the principal for a tradesmen selling death machines and not having them checked enough to then be sold on. In the long run you're saving yourself money but what if harm came my way due to any of those warning lights. I purchased the Car through CarGurus. He also forgot to mention parts missing from the car like the mirror covers inside the sun blinders (both missing). And he took more pictures of the car from certain angles because there was a few scratches on the front left corner of the car.

Problems with the car, including safety issues. They will not pay even after saying they will or even contact back now! Initially pleased with the car and sales person until I found out it shouldn't have passed its MOT. Avoid.
