We couldn't recommend Zana enough. She went to so much effort for our special day, making sure the cake was perfect. Really is the best cake shop we have ever used. We travel from another town to use this shop and she is phenomenal. The cake was 3 different flavours - salted caramel & baileys, chocolate & guiness and vanilla & butter cream. The taste was out of this world! We had so many compliments. Thank you again for making our big day so special!!!

First time been to zana's for my other half's cake I would highly recommend again

Ordered once from zana and attempted to order once again she stated a price, but i thought it was a bit too high... this was the response i got and I quote directly Sorry you can check for someone who can do it for you cheaper x horrible response very dismissive...as i asked a quote for a different cake .. i got no response... tried to call .. ringer came back as number Busy... (means she blocked me) as i later called with unknown and she immediately picked up... tried to message on facebook states that shes unavailable at the moment, cant even review or even comment anywhere... very smart tactics one would not know they have been blocked. Zana you are allowed to charge however much you desire for the output you put in for work done... What is not right is blocking customers just because i stated it was too expensive.. i wanted to opt for a cheaper one that fits my pocket. Worst thing is you have taken money from me as a customer...and customers make a business...as much the cakes are lovely manners go hand in Hand too. Im really disappointed writing this as its not my nature to put stuff out there.. i am and still would support your business as i asked a member of my family to order the cake and not mention a thing about what you did. Its very hurtful!!!
