Amazing bakes and lovely friendly artisan owners! We travel 8 miles for their treats and it's worth it! If Willy Wonka had a bakeshop it would look like this, but without the oompah loompahs!

These girls are amazing at what they do. Not only are they talented bakers they are super friendly whenever you enter the shop. Everything made fresh everyday on the premises. Ive tried lots of different flavours throughout my visits and every single one is unreal. Ive even bought boxes of cakes as gifts. All our family (as well as grandparents) love a Tasty Tarts selection. Plenty more visits ahead in the future.

I cant recommend this cake shop enough. I go all the time and receive nothing but 5 star service. The girls are great and know their stuff about allergies to help me. Ive tried almost everything in the shop and its all amazing quality. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Ruth

I ordered a jammie dodger one for my birthday , its the first time I've used this business and it will be the last , the cake itself was the worst tasting cake that I've ever tasted they have absolutely destroyed it with far too much sugar syrup the cake itself had no taste it was just overwhelmingly sweet from the far too much sugar syrup , if u just want the cake for decoration then yeah fair enough but if u plan on eating the cake you will be sadly disappointed im glad I tried the smaller cake before I ordered a big wedding one I would be embarrassed feeding that to my friends one more thing iam a pastry chef myself but I draw the line at making my own birthday cake so I ordered one in , when I pay for a cake I expect it to be better than what I can produce myself and this one just wasn't, would not recommend all the other 5 stars must be off her friends cos the cake does not deserve 5 stars it deserves a 2 or a 3 and thats for the decoration not the cake and one more thing aswell they charging 500 for a wedding cake but there's no effort gone into the cake at all its just shaped buttercream with a fake garland of flowers loosely wrapped round it , anybody can do that even someone with no training at all the prices are not in line with quality of workmanship or taste if I paid that much for a wedding cake I would expect real piped professional flowers not fake ones please for the love of God change that cake recipe cos it ruined my birthday everyone spat it out so I will not be recommending this cake shop to anyone I will advise them to avoid it sorry ladies but the decoration isn't enough ya need a good cake recipe too and this is a bad recipe maybe try a different one
