Ordered two Sunday dinners today. It's 4.50 pm and they didn't turn up and have taken their phone off the hook. What sort of service is this?

Awful customer service. Waited over 4 hours for our sunday dinner delivery. When I rang after 2 hours I was advised on the phone a time of delivery could not be given. Delivery came and drinks were missing I was told the driver would come back but he didn't then they told me they would deliver the drinks and a free sweet during the week, this also didn't happen and when I rang to question this I was told we wouldn't get out drinks until we ordered again. Daylight robbery and shocking customer service
