Dreadful. On our build lots of work not done to/signed off to Building Regulations standard which meant lots of rectifying issues. Middlesbrough Trading Standards are now involved and Independent Surveyor estimates a 5 figure repair bill on our build. Roof leaked, floor slab failed after 3 days, dangerous electrical work, incorrect specification roof windows fitted to name a few issues (There are many many many more). The Build started in January 2022 and was still not completed in June (for a single storey kitchen extension). Don't let this company anywhere near your house if you value it (or value your sanity!). If you are reading this and you have also had poor work carried out by this company please contact Middlesbrough Trading Standards.

They came to the house and gave us a quote on the spot, which was a lot less than we were expecting. He was obviously very busy, but managed to squeeze us in and sort out the work in a short time for us. Thanks!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Greg built the extension on the side of house. Done to perfection. Would definatley use this company again
