Came here on 3 occasions and brought different people each time. First time I came I tried three dresses on and found my wedding dress on the first try I instantly put a deposit down, I then came again and told them my mother doesnt know I picked and put a deposit down and if they could be discreet - they did it perfectly, Erin pretended she only just met me to keep it discreet and helped me try on two fake dresses to satisfy then my actual dress - she is absolutely Amazing and so friendly and made the experience so much better for me The last time I came they recognised me and helped me show my mother in law - Chloe who helped me while I was there is truly amazing and so friendly, we had a right laugh the whole I was there I would have said yes to the dress I picked regardless but Erin and Chloe made my whole experience a special one

I had the best experience looking for a wedding dress at WED2B! Andrea and Chloe in particular were both so lovely to work with. I had been to so many other stores, including some expensive wedding boutiques in London, and this was the first place I felt I could really take my time, enjoy the process and not feel rushed. Chloe even remembered me weeks later when I came back a second time, which added a more personal touch that I wasn't just another customer to her, and she was completely invested in helping me find my dream dress - I wasn't expecting to find it at WED2B (only because we stumbled across it when randomly walking by and decided to pop in on a whim) and there it was waiting for me! They even let me try the dress on again for my sister from Canada, and I said "yes to the dress" with her and my mom together. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you so much Chloe and Andrea, not only for helping me find THE dress, but also for making that moment as special as possible for us. - Samantha L.

I would like to thank Chloe at the Middlesbrough store for being an amazing help and making me and my mum feel so comfortable. We came to the store without an appointment and almost werent seen due to how busy the store was however luckily one bride to be didnt answer the call and we were able to fit in. Chloe was so professional yet friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and I didnt feel rushed at all even though the store was only open till 4, she made sure I was completely happy with my purchase and also showed me accessories that would suit my dress choice. She is a total credit to your stores, thank you again!

Chloe was fantastic, a lovely lady, experienced with a good eye for what style you may suit, she was patient with me as Im not a fan of wedding dresses, she offered a dress I would never have picked which was my favourite
