Great company, staff knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Shout out to Derek, the ladies who man the phones, and especially Lee who worked hard to make sure they were fitted really well and looked great in our old cottage which doesn't have a straight wall or window in it! They were all really pleasant to deal with. Product is quality, looks great and very well priced.

Had the last of our shutters fitted today and again, we are over the moon with them. We initially ordered 2 windows and were so pleased with both the quality of the shutters and the service we received we ended up getting shutters fitted on all our windows, bi-folds and a couple of internal doors too. A very professional and first class service from start to finish. We can't thank Lee enough for an amazing job fitting all of our shutters, nothing was too much trouble and fitted perfectly. We have recently had shutters fitted and we are absolutely delighted with the result. The service has been exceptional from the initial contact with Derek to the guys who did such a good job fitting them - so friendly and personable and the lovely lady in the office who arranged the fittings.
