I booked for my blinds to be cleaned however a stain on my blinds couldn't be removed which I expected.
Crusader replaced the blinds for all new ones at the same cost as the cleaning service.
Contact was maintained throughout by crusader.
Lovely lady who runs the company (Marie) and lovely man who came to remove and clean/replace.
