I'm reasonably handy with the spanners but I'd never changed the hydraulic brake fluid on my Shimano-equipped road bike before. A kit from TBS was a lot less than the Shimano version and arrived very quickly. I didn't quite grasp that I should use one of the syringes in place of the Shimano bleed pot but a panicky phone call to Ben was all it took. Ben answered calmy and gave me the advice I needed. I'll use TBS again without a doubt.

Great service from the guys at Total Bleed solutions. Magura MT5 Pros are a great replacement for my SRAM guide REs. With the bleed kit and the messaging help from the Total Bleed guys I was able to get my brakes dialed in perfectly. Before I have hated doing brakes as I never had much luck. But their bleed kit just made it all so much easier for me. Thanks

I've just bought an Ebike knowing nothing about them, i wanted to add a few bits but really didn't want to ask anyone as I didn't want to sound stupid not knowing what i was talking about, i messaged Ben and he's been brilliant from start to finish, really down to earth and so helpful.
