He always insults anyone who gives him a low review it is pathetic and childish considering he's an old man. Owner takes no responsibility and gets toxic to every low star reviews even when they don't type anything. Instead of taking criticism he becomes an angry old man. He has never taken criticism ever and instead just attacks the people who review him low its pathetic.
