Tidy single room with excellent service from the host who provided a cooked breakfast of quality. Shared toilet and bathroom facilities but they're right outside the rooms and well-kept. I visited Middlesbrough for a football game and the guesthouse is walking distance from the Riverside stadium so would highly recommend for a night's stay.
