Went to get my lashes done which were perfectly fine and had an appointment straight after for my nails to be done and while I was waiting for my nail appointment after my lashes were done I got a text cancelling my appointment and changing the date to the day after (it was my sisters wedding the day after so there was no way I could do the date she changed to) I messaged saying I would like my deposit back because I couldn't rearrange because I was getting them done for the wedding so wouldnt of needed them doing another time and I was refused my deposit even though it was the managers fault, my messages are now being ignored wouldve gone back If this situation was handled better but definitely wont now.

The buildings decorations are absolutely stunning inside, the staff are polite and pleasant. Parking is accessible around and in front of the building... However I was not happy with the nails, for starters I expected more from the manager who did my nails, she failed to shape my nails to the correct shape, and when the nails were shaped they looked terrible. The acrylics were far too small for my nail, my nails were not cut beforehand and it just seemed really rushed and had a lack of attention to them. The nails were then cut really poorly, for 40 I dont understand what I was charged for? I had to go home to shape them myself to try and make them look nice, I had to revisit the salon to get an top coat on my left hand since she manager was distracted showing her staff my nails? I understand due to COVID they may have lost their practise but 40? Seriously? I wont be coming back. After 1 week my thumb had cracked causing me to cut majority of the acrylic off. In addition my index finger acrylic did not cover the whole of nail and it looked rather manky. The acrylic on the left hand again was pushed far too down causing it to curl. Just very disappointed. Overall, a 2 star rating.
