        Jessica and PJ from Middlesbrough is very rude and unhelpful Ive spoken to 4 other people from NatWest every day this week and they told me that they can see my missing money and I talked to Ms Jessica ( She dont have to give me her last name or ID number) today and apparently she cant see or give me the same information that the previous 4 people Ive spoke to told me I think this is very unprofessional and Im not happy at all

        NatWest want to get themselves in order because these past few months Ive been in the process of opening a bank account JUST to get completely passed from person to person. EVERYONE has been telling me different information!!! Its been months. Plus one of the workers gave me a huge dirty look and another talked to me like I was stupid. This is my first experience banking, and its been nothing but a complete hassle.

        Not enough staff on counters but plenty stood about talking to each other ....the ones that are behind the counters are more interested in meaningless conversations with customers while the large number of people waiting get frustrated.......just DO YOUR JOB.....save chit chat to out of work hours !!
