        The sausage rolls are lovely but the staff, not so much. The first thing i heard when I walked in earlier today was the two women behind the counter talking badly about a customer who had just left. I then made a joke about the price of one of the drinks and both women went silent. I paid for my items, left and heard, can you believe that? I know! Please have your staff retrained on social skills and customer service because what I saw and heard today was unacceptable.

        Have been here many times and the quality of food is always amazing but the service not so much. Went in today for the usual meal deal that I get for myself and my partner and we were first not offered the flapjack that comes with it and then when questioned we were told we could only have one, even though the meal deal is a sandwich drink and flapjack. Since we were getting two sandwiches and two drinks we should also get two flapjacks. It was rude bad customer service and makes me not want to go back.
