        What a waste of time ! Halfords do not care about customers and I say that because if you try and ring them they only have a National number that just plays you endless music (no help) You get advertising & how you can get all your answers online or in chat rooms (well you cannot) chat room useless & online only has so many answers ? You end up with a message saying visit your local store ! I am ringing to save myself a journey where I may or may not arrive and find the product I want ! Why not let people ring their local store ? It is called customer care.

        Great staff, went above and beyond to help me get my new C2W bike and get setup ready for my multi day ride this weekend. I've bought 3 bikes in thr last 18mnths for family and myself from Halfords. The service and staff have always been 1st class.

        Very helpful. Even on my disabled scooter. A valve extender solved my problem with the horrible little inner tubes of my scooter
