I booked in for hypnotherapy at Shen Holistics and have been really pleased with my experience, from the initial consultation to the therapy itself. I felt completely comfortable speaking to Sharon and, being an anxiety sufferer, this was of massive importance to me. There is zero pressure to book in for further appointments and it is very clear that you are in charge of every decision to do with your own treatement. My anxiety was lessened after just one session, and I continue to make use of the tools in my every day life. Overall, my experience at Shen Holistics was extremely positive and I would absolutely recommend.
