        Absolutely disgraceful service. Have had my accounts for 8 months, not answering the phone. Finally contacted them after 4 months of trying and was given an appointment but the shop was closed when I arrived. They are not answering the phone or messages. I cannot get my accounts back off them to take to another accountant and my tax return is now late because of them. AVOID AT ANY COST

        Got recommended to Pirrie & Co by a family member. So I called them for their services. They told me to come and see them so we could swap details. Once I arrived their they were rude and didnt want to do my accounts because the family member who referred me doesnt use them no more. I told them they could of let me know over the phone instead of getting me to go to them. Very unprofessional
