Very disappointing visit. We went today to look at a Skoda enyaq iv coupe. I drive a Skoda Superb Sport Line Plus at the moment The sales person we spoke to could hardly give us the time of day. We left without any help whatsoever. I bought a new Octavia vRS from Derek Slack years ago when they were in Middlesbrough. Much better customer service then.

So happy with my new Skoda Octavia VRS, its everything I was looking for and better. John was really helpful and he found the best deal for me and was able to help me with my part exchange Massively. Theyve prepped the car with new tyres and MOT and service and it looks brand new! If I go for a Skoda again for my next car, Ill definitely be coming back here!! Thanks Guys

After being apprehensive about buying a used car from a big dealer couldnt be proved more wrong. Andy, Sales Manager, and especially Ian Phillips, Sales Exec were amazing. As a woman I dread this car buying scenario, but this was great. Treated so well, got all the information I wanted, admin so easy and great communication right from start to pick up. I love my car and the whole experience has been simple and a pleasure to deal with honest guys. Couldnt recommend Ian any more highly
