        My family have suffered for over 20 years due to the ineptitude of Thirteen, originally called Erimus, and things continue to get worse for us all.

        I was out of food due to cost of living and I went to thirteen at Hudson quay middlesbrough to find out if they still do food vouchers they went out of there way to get me one the staff where brilliant

        Not good service when your trying to get through on the phone take the absolutely mick, wait time is ridiculous and there is also a member of staff thats biased (I have his name) wont post on here for legal reasons
