Caroline Cavanagh Ltd

Ive recently been to see Caroline in the hope she could help me with a life long fear of spiders! Its been quite debilitating, especially during the Autumn months when they can invade the house! Even seeing them on TV has been an issuebut no longer! After just one session with Caroline I am able to cope with seeing, and dealing with, a spider..I had no idea if she could help, but my view was that I had nothing to lose and everything to gain! Thank you so much, Caroline, you really have changed my life x

Caroline has helped me with a pretty debilitating issue i've had for around 10+ years. We did a mixture of Hypnotherapy and Therapy sessions. Through working with her i've made massive progress I didn't think would ever be possible. For that I can't recommend her highly enough and i'm extremely grateful that I was able to find her!

I would highly recommend Caroline. I saw Caroline recently for hypnosis to assist with a spider phobia. I had never undergone hypnosis before and she took the time to to explain the process and reasoning behind hypnosis. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional as well as being friendly and instantly put me at ease.

Before I came to see Caroline I had felt physically sick for almost a week due to anxiety. I felt unwell from the moment I opened my eyes to the moment I went to sleep. Logically I knew I wasnt ill and I knew there was nothing to be anxious about but it doesnt matter does it? Anxiety has its own rules! I felt instantly lighter after our session. The nausea Id been feeling had gone within 24 hours and I now feel back to myself! What a great reminder that no matter how much we think we know, we still need and get to be supported at times. Caroline, thank you for being the person I can always call without hesitation. You are a true gift!
