The monthly jam night (last weds of every month) is fantastic. Lots of musicians, young and old. Good bar and pool table as well.

Amazing place to play tennis. Very quiet. You need to book well in advance.

I would give Blackheath Wanderers netball club 0* if it were an option. I've been playing netball for over 15 years. I've played in 6 leagues since 2014. I was captain of my work netball team. I was completely transparent about my long covid - but still fully participated in all drills during the taster training session. I even told them I've been a bit rusty due to covid match cancellations these last 2 years. The whole point of training in the summer is to prepare for the winter league, but they didn't even give me that option. They suggested that I 'refresh my ball skills' which is patronising, and quite frankly, comical. I wish this team all the best. I will never return if this is how they welcome new people. I also wish Jenny, who apparently runs the netball club the best of luck. I suggest she refreshes her people skills which is obviously severely lacking. Disappointing is an understatement.
