Over the last couple of months I have visited Sidcup/ Kidbrooke David Lloyd Sports Clubs. The Sidcup Club where you have the Physio is far better Kidbrooke considering it is Private the room and area is really bad. Osi Oseye is excellent he has really taken care with examining of my foot and the different exercises which have really helped and improved my foot almost back to normal which having seen the Consultant at Blackheath Hospital in June I never thought would happen and again in October he was really pleased with the results. I am nearing the end of my physio treatment for tennis elbow. I was really surprised at my whole experience as it was totally different to previous physio I have had in the past. I was expecting to do exercises with bands and that was about it. What I got was an in depth analysis at the first session on the root cause of my pain and the treatment was based around doing daily strengthening exercises for my grip, wrists and shoulders, plus a whole load of self massage techniques around the affected and surrounding areas. I have gained so much knowledge on how to release tightness of my muscles and maintain strength which was the reason why I had the injury. Keeping fit and training is a huge part of my lifestyle and I have now gained so much awareness on how to preserve my muscles! I am now pain free and so happy! I cant thank Josh enough for being so patient and supportive through my injury. He really is a fantastic physio!
