Outstanding nursery which provided brilliant care and a variety of adventures to the little ones. The staff are fabulous, very friendly and you can tell they really care for the children. They provided observations and would keep you updated with all changes around your child's learning and development. My son has attended Brightsparks Eltham since he was a year old. Today will be his last day as he'll be starting school in September and l know he will miss his teachers and friends! We'll forever be grateful and many thanks for everything!!

I just wanted to thank you and all the staff, who despite everything with the current situation, always approach everything with a smile. It must be tough at times if you have little ones abit upset and unsettled but whenever myself or my husband have come to the Nursery for drop-off or to collect our son, there is always a friendly face eager to tell us about our sons exciting day and everything that he has been doing - so thank you. Thank you for looking after our little ones and making things fun and exciting for them and never making anything seem too much trouble! Our son has been attending for almost a year and we couldnt recommend Brightsparks enough, he thoroughly enjoys it! What a great Nursery!

I am really pleased with this nursery. My son has been attending for nearly a year and we couldn't be happier. The staff is 5stars, always happy and hard workers. My son loves it so much that he never wants to leave! I couldn't recommend it more!

Disgusting nursery. The manager Samantha knew that my direct debit was taken out twice and said she will refund it. 3 weeks later nothing still happened despite numerous calls and visits. It wasn't until I walked out that she turned to another parent and said "if she thinks she is getting that money back then she is mistaken" thankfully the parent she told this too is a friend I have known for 15 years so I know she is telling the truth. 3 parents have already walked out last month due to her shoddy practice, swearing in front of kids at home time as she is constantly on her mobile, and even laughed as she accidently blew smoke on a parent and child as she was locking up. I will never come here again. I also researched and found out this was also the same woman who worked in little stars nursery and accused accused a woman of hurting children as she has a strong view off women in women relationships. I have notified ofstead to look into this too
