We used Blackheath Flooring for our rental property's complete flooring replacement and found them to be professional and easy to deal with. Good advice was given and the few problems which surfaced during the process were managed efficiently and with as little disruption to the timescale as possible. Emily was my main contact and she was a credit to the firm, and Hilary was also lovely when we liaised. Would use again.

Blackheath Flooring and Interiors is an excellent business. They reply promptly to any enquires, they give good advice on the best solution for the type of work you want to have done on your property and, most importantly, they completely transformed my two stairways and landings with beautifully fitted carpet. In the store I dealt with Emily who is very nice, knowledgable and professional. My carpet fitter was Louis who did an incredible job and worked quickly and cleanly. No mess or rubbish left behind whatsoever at the end of the job. I will be posting photos when the light permits it, as I want the pics to do justice to the completed job. Highly recommended and I will surely be back for more room transformations.

These guys saved our floor after it was left damaged by some builders. Emily and the team took their time to make sure they could recover it before sending us some estimates,and they broke down the bits of work into separate quotes to give us flexibility to move furniture around and do it at a pace that worked for us. And then the work Marty did was just amazing, the floors are looking fantastic and he worked around me being in the house with a 6 month old to keep disruption to a minimum. Can't recommend enough!!!!! Thanks all
