        Really disappointed, ordered tiles and told they would be in store in three days , then phoned to say they would not be in till another month, I was assured I would still get them for the the sale price when they arrived in store, went to pick them up yesterday was told they was not in the sale anymore and would have to pay double the price ,if I was told to pay the sale price at the time I would have , but I was assured the price on collection would be the sale price, shame as Ive always used top tiles , as they have always been reliable, just not on this occasion

        I found Kieran in the shop really polite and professional and would highly recommend the service. The delivery of tiles came on time and the driver was really professional and helpful in making sure everything went smoothly! Great service!

        I was very please with the customer service I recived from steve. His knowledge was beyond brilliant and advice given was amazing he helped me from start to finish and even arranged delivery of my purchase. I cant thank him enough. Will definitely be coming back purely because of the service I recived. Tops tiles you have a super employee in steve and he is most defently an asset to your company
