Snejana is my hairdresser in Poudre. I'm more then 5 years with her. Great master! Poudre boutique is a lovely and comfortable place.

Great salon, the receptionist is a sweetheart and is always helpful. I go frequently for waxing services and I would highly recommend it. Quick, thorough and as pain free as you could expect

Worst manicure Ive ever had. Booked in for a normal (i.e.non-Shellac) manicure. Manicurist (Gabi) seemed unfriendly but experienced and appeared to know what she was doing. After she finished the manicure I sat in the salon for a further 30 minutes waiting for the varnish to dry, at which I was told I could go but to be careful. That was a complete understatement - 4 hours later the varnish was still not completely dry and had completely smudged on pretty much each finger. Went I had left the salon the lady at the desk had told me to come back if I had any issues, so when I did go back to ask for a refund she did not appear surprised to see me. Gabi however was extremely rude and defensive, putting all the blame on the type of varnish used - that may be true, but the salon is responsible for deciding which brand of varnish it buys and uses on its customers. Ive never before had a professional manicure which still hadnt dried after several hours, would not recommend at all. The only positive point I can mention is the lady who manages the reception, she was very friendly and tried to as helpful as possible, shame not all of the staff had the same attitude.
