I reached out to Hometyre today as a result of a pretty bad puncture, not knowing what to expect as it was new to me, I opted to have two new tyres fitted instead of a repair and sure enough a mobile fitter was booked for a visit on the same day without any issue, the person on the phone was on top of it and very helpful throughout. Then Martin, the technician responding to the job called me within minutes of my initial call, giving me an ETA and then called me again later to confirm he was on route. When he arrived, which was bang on on time, we greeted each other and he immediately got to work starting with an assessment while talking me through it, he then proceeded to crack on with it, again talking me through each step, all performed with an impressive level of skills. The speed and accuracy of his work made it clear that it is his bread and butter. We also had a really good chat throughout. Then came the moment to pay, again, all explained clearly, no questionable or hidden costs, and the transaction went smoothly too. Best of all, it took from start to finish 30 mins at most. Without a doubt one of the best experience dealing with a business. The customer service was impeccable, the costs affordable and the professionalism flawless. 10/10 would recommend Martin and Hometyre. They just earned a new lifetime customer.
