The worst experience with a garage I have ever had!! The mechanic called me during my MOT to say my car had an issue and was rude and condescending! Saying things like "obviously you wouldn't know that" which was unnecessary and untrue. Then my car was kept overnight which was not agreed, leaving me unable to get to work in the morning. Finally when I collected my car the mechanic was extremely rude and made me feel awful. I was reading the receipt as the price was more than I was quoted. When I said this I was cut off mid sentence to say it was "exactly" what he quoted. It kind of was, but he failed to mention that his quote did not include materials or VAT. Absolutely horrendous experience, I will never be going back!! The 1 star awarded is only for the receptionist, who was the only polite person I had contact with.

Always been very happy with Ernigrip. Grahame and his team have been looking after my cars and motorcycles for years. They know their stuff, they always do a good job, they always keep me informed of progress and let me know in advance if anything crops up that might cost more, and they are always happy to take on more involved projects, and see them through to the finish. Very professional, not the cheapest, but certainly good value for money (you get what you pay for). Highly recommended.
