From the initial call and visit, through the design and preparation process to the final installation - we found the Lark Valley team to be incredibly professional and courteous. I have used Lark Valley on two occasions now, firstly to re-do my banister, box in my boiler, any problem with the spindals they called to make sure any changes I was happy with. They kindly cut my bedroom doors down also while there as carpet fitters had left them off and i wasn't able to cut/rehang them myself. Secondly I have had Zac and Sam complete decking in my garden, this was time sensitive and the boys measured and were getting started within a week, this job took two days, they even came to do a 7:30-2 stint when it was 39 degrees out. The decking looks great and ive already had many compliment. Sam has also kindly fitted a bathroom door for me. The boys have always been responsive, apologetic if ever needed to re-arrange, their prices are very competitive with local companies as i had three companies price up decking. They clean up after themselves and have always been professional and friendly which as a lone female is always reassuring when having workmen in the house. Highly recommend, will definitely be booking them in to complete more work on the house in future. Thank you again :)
