I contacted Mark following a recent electrical installation that was done in my home by another company that knocked out our heating and despite him being on holiday at the time he still took my call and sent out one of his engineers (Ashley) that same afternoon (bearing in mind this was last thing on a Friday). Ashley was very helpful and identified a number of issues on the circuit board which Mark came by and repaired right away and which resolved our heating issue.
